Sneak peak at luscious new products from Stampin Up.......fabric......

Hello

Apologies for being away, I have been hit by a horrid bug. Off to the Doctor today to see if he can give me some magic pills to vanquish it forever!!!

But I thought I would share with you something I made from our sneak peak selection of fabric - yes as Demonstrators we get to buy some new products a whole month early so we can play with them and tease you with what is to come!!

Anyway I have had this pattern for some time and wanted to make a bag to carry my tools around and other bits and pieces. So I decided to use our fabulous new fabric - which also has coordinating stamps, paper and Big Shot die!!! Yummmmmmm

It is a tad bigger than I first thought it would be but now I have some bits in it I think its actually a perfect size to carry workshops, classes and crops.

Can you see the new catalogue peaking out?!!!!!!

Swapping.....

Saturday saw a gathering of Stampin' Up demonstrators in High Wycombe. It was a lovely day and we got to see sneak peaks of the new products coming in October - we even got to bring a stamp set home each too!! We also learnt more about the new generous career plan and hostess benefits.

And of course in true Stampin Up fashion we swapped!!!!

I came home with lots of fabulous swaps and cant wait to put my own slant to them. The other demonstrators are truly an inspiration.

Here are the swaps I took - all 56 of them!!! Using a sneak peak of one of the new Big Shot dies coming on October 1st!!!

I firstly used the Daisy Die and punched out the negative of the smallest flower with the scallop circle punch and also a flower using the flower punch.

Then I placed a folded card of 7.5cm x 7.5cm (to fit our new envelopes coming soon) on the new Penant and Doilies die (oh yes...coming soon!) and cut out the shapes. Then I just glued them together using tombo and a button on top!.....Here they are in the basket.
And here are two sizes in more detail.

More card club cards to share....

Hi

I thought I would share two cards today from card club.

Firstly this was a request from Rachael as she (and I) love the new Fall Foliage stamp set.

It is made using a retiring word set and the scallop oval punch. Very quick and very easy.....

And then lastly today this lovely card using the Big Shot Daisy die and adapted from an idea I CASEd from Amanda my lovely upline!!!  (CASE - Copy and Share Everything!!)

Inky storage......

I dont know about you but I cant always my  remember which colour family my inks are in and so I have come up with a cunning plan!!

It involves our white uni-ballSigno Gel pen!! Oh yes, I have labelled each little ink pad with a letter relating to its family, i.e. B for Bright etc etc.

I store my inks (in limited space!) in a sea grass baskets - LOVE baskets but we wont go there now - and they sit very happily on my desk shelf.

Here they are: (some inks were out doing inky things but you get the jist of it!!)
